Who We Are

The Bonding Agency is a licensed bonding assistance agency. We help individuals address active warrants and stay compliant with court-ordered obligations through a planned, documented process.

We are not a law firm and we are not a government agency. We do not set fine or fee amounts. All bonding and payments are subject to court, jail, and state bonding laws.

What We Do

1. Pre-Arrest / Walk-Through Surety Bonds

For matters such as failure to appear, missed jury duty, and child support / alimony related warrants, we help you and your attorney pre-arrange your surety bond and coordinate a voluntary walk-through. Where the court and law enforcement allow it, this can reduce time in custody compared to an unexpected arrest.

A surety bond is not a fine. It is a financial guarantee with proper protocol that must be followed every time: verified government ID, a completed bond application and indemnity agreement, and a receipt for all funds.

2. Compliance Payment Assistance

Courts and supervision agencies have different payment systems by county and state. We assist clients with the system their jurisdiction uses:

A. Barcode Method - Where Available

Many states use a retail-to-kiosk network. You are issued a unique, ID-verified payment barcode linked to your case. You present your barcode and valid photo ID at a participating retailer. The retailer verifies your ID before loading funds. You then use that balance at an approved law enforcement or supervision kiosk to apply payment to your fines and fees.

Retailers such as Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS are independent participants in third-party payment networks and are not affiliated with our agency.

B. Secure Online Payment Option - Where Barcode Is Not Available

If your county or state does not offer the barcode method, we offer an alternative: payment through a verified peer-to-peer or online payment platform you already use. This allows you to pay without reading your credit card, debit card, or banking information over the phone.

For security and compliance, all online payments still require:

• Full identity verification matching your government ID • A signed surety bond agreement • A transaction receipt with a traceable confirmation number 

No payment is anonymous. Every payment is documented and linked to your case.
