**The Bonding Agency - Privacy Policy**[Date]

At The Bonding Agency ["we," "us," "our"], your privacy and confidentiality are critical. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

1. Information We Collect

To process a surety bond and assist with compliance payments, we must collect:

• Identity Information: Full legal name, address, date of birth, government-issued ID number, photo of ID • Contact Information: Phone, email • Case Information: Warrant type, court, case number, bond amount, attorney information • Payment Information: Payment confirmations, barcode account numbers, transaction IDs, receipts. We do NOT store full credit/debit card numbers, bank account numbers, or CVVs on our servers. Online payments are processed through verified third-party payment networks and peer-to-peer platforms. • Website Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity as required by state bonding law • To prepare bond applications and indemnity agreements • To process and document secure payments via retail barcode networks or approved online platforms • To coordinate a walk-through with your attorney and law enforcement where allowed • To provide receipts and maintain legally required records • To respond to your inquiries

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information

We only share information as necessary to complete your service or as required by law:

• With courts, jails, and law enforcement to process your bond • With licensed third-party payment processors and barcode/kiosk networks to load and apply funds • With your attorney, with your written consent • With regulators if required by state bonding laws • With P2P platforms like [Cash App / Venmo / Zelle / PayPal] - those platforms have their own privacy policies and we do not control their data handling

Retailers such as Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS are independent and have their own privacy policies.

4. Payment Security

We never ask you to read your full banking information over the phone. All online payments are made through verified, traceable platforms with confirmation numbers. We retain receipts and transaction IDs as required by law, not your full card or bank details.

5. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. However, no system is 100% secure. We retain bond files and payment records for the period required by state law, typically [5-7 years], then securely dispose of them.

You may request to review, correct, or request a copy of your file, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact us at [Email/Phone].

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not for anyone under 18.

8. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
